Canadian module maker Heliene plans to produce 1GW of modules and 1.5GW of cells
Canadian solar module manufacturer Heliene plans to expand its manufacturing footprint in the United States by producing 1GW of solar modules and 1.5GW of cells at a new factory in Minnesota. Currently, Heliene produces 800MW and 300MW of modules in Minnesota and Ontario, Canada, respectively. Heliene plans to invest approximately $14.5 billion in the new facility.
