Added 56GW! European photovoltaics set to hit record highs
Recently, SolarPower Europe, a trade body representing the European solar industry, released a report. European solar developers are expected to install a record 56GW of new photovoltaic capacity in 2023, the report said. The agency expects new installed capacity to slow down in 2024, with growth expected to be only 11% to 62GW. But in 2023, nine of the top ten European solar markets will see growth in installed capacity.
