The front of the module contains a tempered solar glass with high transmissivity, low reflectivity and low iron content. These PV modules use high-efficiency, monocrystalline silicon cells (the cells are made of a single crystal of high purity silicon) to transform the energy of sunlight into electric energy. Each cell is electrically rated to optimize the behavior of the module. The back sheet is made of a plastic polymer that provides complete protection and sealing against environmental agents and electrical insulation.
1. Half-cut Solar Cell Technology
The current passing through each main grid in the half-cell battery is reduced to 1/2 of the original, so the internal power consumption of the half-cell module is reduced to 1/4 of the full-cell module. Half-cut solar cell technology can also bring less shadow loss, effectively reduce hot spot loss, and ensure the reliability of solar panels. The operating temperature of half-cut solar cells is -2°C lower than that of conventional components, increasing output power.
2. Multi-main Grid Technology
SOLAROOM 182mm solar module adopts 10/11 main grid and circular welding belt design to further reduce the distance between main grid and fine grid, reduce current loss, reduce power loss, and improve the power generation power of solar module.
