The International Energy Agency said that in 2024, the new installed capacity of solar energy in the world will reach 310GW
Solar will remain the main source of global renewable energy capacity expansion by 2023, accounting for 286GW, the International Energy Agency (IEA) said in a new report. This figure will grow to nearly 310GW by 2024 due to falling module prices, increased use of distributed PV systems, and a policy push for large-scale power station deployment.
