Austria to abolish VAT on photovoltaic systems below 35 kW in 2024
From 2024, Austria will no longer impose VAT on private photovoltaic systems. The VAT reduction to 0% will take effect in early 2024 and will apply to all PV systems with an output of 35 kW. It also includes parts and components. As PV Austria explains, the measure is intended to replace federal funding for a period of two years.
