SunPower declares credit default
Recently, US solar company SunPower announced that it had violated a credit agreement. In a regulatory filing, SunPower said that companies that lent money to SunPower projects can require it to immediately repay $65.3 million or take other remedial measures due to breach of credit agreement after the company failed to submit its third-quarter financial report on time.
